She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Butler and Gloria Ann Johnson (Lewis); and her brother J. C. Johnson. She is survived by: her friend Tess; her sister Zina Hammons (Eddie) of Harrisonville, Missouri; and her sibling's children, Jill Smith (Jonathan) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Jared Hammons (Katie) of Lee's Summit, Missouri. She is also survived by three Great-Nieces and one Great-Nephew, other relatives and many friends.
