He is survived by: his children, Glen Douglas Edwards of Cape Girardeau, MO and Shery Lynn Edwards of Largo, FL; his wife Rita Edwards; his grandchild Trever Tait Varney; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Tait and Christian Lee Varney of Tampa, FL..
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ford & Sons (708 W Main St, Jackson, MO 63755).
