He is survived by: his close friend Bobby; his children, Alicia Fields (Warren) of Liberty, MO, Angelita (Angie), Tobias (Clint) of Ypslanti, MI and Antonio (Tony); his grandchildren, Amayah, Waylon, Isaiah and Ryder; and his siblings, David Galaviz (Kris) of Lake Odessa, MI and Monica Lewis (Scott) of Bath, MI.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stith Family Funeral Home - Polo (301 E Elm St, Polo, MO 64671). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Brian Galaviz Memorial Fund.
