He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Fields and Thelma Fields (Robinson); his wife Billie Lewis; his daughter Lynan Fields; his sister Flo Burnett; his niece Christa Maddux; his nephew Jim Burnett; and his great-nephew Jeffrey Burnett.
He is survived by : his children, Bob Fields of Liberty, MO and Shelly Lorenz of Polo, MO; his grandchildren, Heather Bursley (Sean) of Cameron, MO, Warren Fields (Alicia) of Liberty, MO and Natalie Fields of Independence, MO; his great grandchildren, Jessica, Zach (Bailey), Cooper, Waylon and Amayah; his great great grandchildren, Brylee, Brody, Rallen, Ellie and Millie; and his siblings, Lois Vier of Kearney, MO, Carol Clevenger (Rodney) of Polo, MO and Gail Rodgers (Dale) of Smithville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Evergreen Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
