He was predeceased by : his parents, John Swafford and Rebecca Swafford of Polo, MO.; his wife Nancy; and his brother Dan. He is survived by : his sons, Marshall of Russellville, AR, Brandon of Rye Brook, NY and Austin of Severance, CO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
