It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna June Conklin of Polo, Missouri, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Eugene and Phyllis June Forson. She is survived by : her husband Wayne Conklin (Wayne); her siblings, Debra Forson of Grandview, Diana Beltz of Stet, James David Forson (Pam) of Kansas City and Steven Lee Forson (Gail) of Nixa; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julie Hufford (Billy) of Richmond, Jamie Fort (James) of Blue Springs, Jason Forson (Elaina) of Cumberlin, KY, Danielle Forson (Jennifer) of Kansas City, Christopher Forson (Sarah) of Kansas City, Chelsea Ridings (Chase) of Nixa and Tanner Forson (Rebecca) of Nixa; and also, Cecilia, Catalina, Iva and Buck.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Humphrey's Cemetery Association.
