He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Ella Mae Wagner (Pletcher); and his siblings, Delbert Wagner and Allene Kauffman. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Wagner (Chau) of Conroe, Sheri Claypool (J. C.) of Cowgill, John Wagner (Cindy) of Lone Jack, Beth Reffitt (Shannon) of Pleasant Hill and Julie Smith (Todd) of Coppers Cove, Texas; his grandchildren, Angela Vargas (Alford), Scotty Wagner, David Claypool (Lauren), Dustin Reffitt, Brian Claypool (Sarah), Savannah Evans (Austin), Rebekah Crocker (Austin), Tanner Reffitt (Aaron Whaley), Brittany Poggemeier (Michael), Whitney Stumborg (Anthony), Ethan Smith, Thomas Smith, Mallory Smith (Kevin) and Wyatt Smith; and his sister Carolyn Angelovich (Eddie) of Hodgkins, Colorado.. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church.
