She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Fields and Thelma Fields (Robinson); her husband Don; her daughter Christa Maddux; her sister Flo Burnett; her nephews, Jim and Allen Burnett; and her great-nephew Jeffrey Burnett.

She is survived by : her children, Tammy Keith and Darren Keith; her grandchildren, Andrea Evans, Ben Maddux, Keith VanBebber, Kyle VanBebber and Kody VanBebber; and her sisters, Carol Clevenger (Rodney) and Gail Rodgers (Dale). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Polo Choir in care of the funeral home.
