He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Eugene and Audrey Moncier (Williamson); and his brother Gary Moncier. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Moncier; his son Michael Ray Moncier; his stepsons, Paul, Christopher and Charles Escue; his sisters, Kathy Moncier, Rosanna Moore, Lola McGill, Brenda Ostrander and Linda Hoffman; his grandsons, Dalton and Tristan Moncier; and his friend Greg Browning.
