With sadness, we share the passing of Ben Geisert Wyatt (Poplar Bluff, Missouri). Ben, born on December 31, 1949, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wyatt and Geraldine Wyatt (Geisert). He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Ann Wyatt Jones (Chris), Mary Danielle Wyatt Sisson and Emily Caroline Wyatt Summers (Bob); his brothers, Bill Wyatt and Bob Wyatt; his grandchildren, Shelby Moon (Kylia), Wyatt Moon (Hana-Kate), Parker Jones (Kelsey), Aaron Jones (Jessica), Briar Thornton, River Sisson and Tucker Summers; and his great grandchildren, Ava Rose Jones, Wrenlee Kate Jones and Kieran Quen Jones. He is also survived by family, Ben leaves behind extended family and many longtime friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fellowship General Baptist Church (3581 N Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to either of the following organizations. Donation envelopes will also be available at the service: Recycling Grace Maternity Center.
