She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Helen Holrath; her sons, Mark Sprague and Robert Sprague; and her sister Linda Haynes.

She is survived by: her children, Reginia Cox, Stephen Allen Sprague, Jr. and Daniel Matthew Sprague; and her brother William Dale Holrath.
