He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ballew (Coombs); his children, Michael Ballew (Diane Jones) and Angela Ballew; and his siblings, Nikki Carpenter and Jack Ballew (Evelyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
