He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riley Manns and Olga Maria Manns (Macke); and his siblings, Clifford, John Riley, Martin, Raymond, Virgil, Earlene, Clara Pat, Gladys and Louvelda.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Delmar Lynn Manns III and Jackalynn Renee Manns (Willie); and his great grandchildren, Big Hunter, Little Hunter, Wyatt, Case, Adalynn and Abby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services (1100 Iron Bridge Rd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri State Veteran Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
