He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester William Woodall and Ethel Dye Woodall Waley; and his siblings, Vernon Woodall, Virginia Woodall Tuck, Linda Woodall Nunnery and Scottie Wilburn Woodall.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara DeLaney Woodall of Poplar Bluff; his daughter Ronda Woodall Whelan of Baltimore; his son-in-law Mark J. Whelan of Baltimore; his granddaughters, Veronica Whelan and Alexandra Whelan of Baltimore, Maryland.; his siblings, Faye Woodall Philpott Biggs and Chester William Woodall, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Rosemary DeLaney Petty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and church brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services (1100 Iron Bridge Rd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Missouri State Veteran Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
