She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Kessler and Lorene Kessler; her husband Bill Pettet (Bill); her brother Larry Kessler; and her granddaughter Linda Schulz.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Pettet (Tammi) of Mary Esther, FL, Mark Pettet (Lori) of Cape Girardeau, MO and MaryAnn Newman (Wayne) of Poplar Bluff, MO; her sister Virginia Sprigg of Marshall, MO; and her grandchildren, Jessica Walker, Toni Pettet, Drake Douglas, Baili Pettet, Ava Pettet, John Pettet, Britney Moore, William Moore, Jon Newman and Calvin Newman. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church (420 N Main St, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A rosary will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Poplar Bluff or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
