She is survived by: her husband James William Hendrickson; her children, Kim Forsythe (Kevin) of Williamsville, MO and Bill Hendrickson (Shelia) of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Cyndi, Jordan (Annette), Dalton, Caleb Forsythe, Casey and Ally Hendrickson; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Ceyton, Lydia, Megan, Cyan, Nora and Owen; her siblings, David Ethridge (Irene), James Ethridge (Emily), John Ethridge (Jan), Patsy Harrelson (James), Catherine Koch, Dorothy "Dotty" Kiser, Hazel Williams and Mary Champion (Jim); and her sister-in-law Shirley Ethridge. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
