He is survived by: his brothers, Stephen Gowen, Chris Gowen and Jeff Woodall; his cousin Greg Manes; his nieces and nephews, Courtney Woodall, Ryan Gowen, Allison, Jake Gowen and Brian Cecil; his great-niece Kylie Miller; and his great-nephews, Axel and Drake Cecil.
