He was predeceased by: his parents, Enick Dow and Florene Dow (Cravens); and his spouse Delilia "Dee" Fay Fortune. He is survived by: his son Dave Dow; his stepson Brian Hand; and his siblings, Bonnie (Larry) and Kenny Dow. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and many extended family.
