He was predeceased by: his father Fred Ray Case Sr.; his sister Terri Lynn Case Hendricks; his stepfather Sam Parks; his grandparents, Aaron, Jane Hyde, Homer and Daisy Case; and his aunts and uncles, Don Hyde, Dwight Hyde, Don Robinson, Ralph Case, Bob Cooper, Shirley Robinson, Vivian Cooper, Gracie Case and Teresa Hyde.
He is survived by: his mother Wilma Case Parks; his wife Heather Case; his son Brian Case; his sister Cindy Johnson (Gary); his siblings-in-law, Doug Hendricks, Bobby McIntosh (JoAnn), Jeremy McIntosh and Chrissy Schwartz (Rob); and his nieces and nephews, Casey McGinty (Alex Tristan), Emily Kalous (Chris), Gabby McGinty, Aden Ward, Kendyl Kalous, Ally McCarty (Mitch), Conner Hendricks (Aribi), Bobby McIntosh (Morgan), Aaron McIntosh, Shelby Joiner (Caleb), Katie Hanner, Zach Schwartz, Shawn Studt and Tiffany Schmidt.
