Fred is survived by his girlfriend, Stella Tanksley; two daughters, Brandy (Dallas Burden) Moore and Penny Eltineer; two step-daughters, Angie Peoples and Lisa Wilson all of Poplar Bluff, MO; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Waldrop of Ashville, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Jeff Moore and Freddy Moore, Jr.; and five sisters and six brothers.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 1 – 3:00 pm at Moore Funeral Service in Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation at 3:00 pm in the Moore Funeral Service Chapel.
