He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moore and Tilda Moore; and his siblings, Kathrine Stovall, Emma, Margret Jenkins, Ina Marlene Clay, George Young and Sharron Hafford.
He is survived by: his siblings, Melba Miller, Billy Joyce LaBrier and William Larry Moore; his children, Gary (Donna Moore) and Malisa Moore; and his grandchildren, Wesley Moore, Madison Brannon, Jacquelyn Barragan and William Ridgeway.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home (844 Cedar St, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery (1901 N Main St, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901).
