He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Lewis and Ruby Lewis. He is survived by: his significant other Candy Branscum; his daughters, April Marvin and Justenia Tinsley; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Branscum and Jeremy Branscum; and his siblings, Dexter Lewis (Phyllis), Debie Murray (Ross), Deloris Adams (Bob) and Joyce Rigdon. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
