He is survived by: his children, Kim Forsythe (Kevin) of Williamsville, MO and Bill Hendrickson (Shelia) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Cyndi Thomas (Chris), Jordan (Annette), Dalton (Cheyenne), Caleb Forsythe, Casey and Ally Hendrickson; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Ceyton, Lydia, Megan, Cyan, Norah, Owen and Avi; and his brother Donald Hendrickson (Sue) of Poplar Bluff, MO..

“Dear Cousin Bill's family. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. He and his wife, Maxine, were always so full of life. Loved visiting with them whenever we would visit the Bluff. I met my Missouri cousins for the first time 50 years ago during the 4th of July weekend. One thing about the Hendrickson side of the family - we were always accepted. I always felt like I was home whenever we visited. My prayers, hugs and much love go out to Billy, Kim, Don and Sue and all my cousins.”
