She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kovach and Loretta Kovach; her husband Willard Crook; her granddaughter Alicia Wisdom; her brother Allen Kovach; and her sister-in-law Evangelina Kliensorge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna LaJeret and Judy Randall (Carl); her grandchildren, Shaun Crook (Mercedes), Donna Wertenberger (AJ), Staci Scott (Daniel), Kyler LaJeret (Amy) and Janel Ivy (Josh); her great grandchildren, Rosalyn, Alyssa, Briley, Levi and Luke; and her brothers, Mickey Kovach (Doris) and Phillip Kliensorge. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Haven House in Janice's memory.
