We announce the death of Jerry Donald Karnes of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on May 28, 2026, at the age of 83. Jerry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Karnes and Leota Karnes (Adams); his former wife Barbara; his wife Betty; and his daughter Cynthia Price.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Diecker (Scott) and Kim Arbogast; his son-in-law Lafarrell Price; and his grandchildren, Justin Diecker (Danielle), Zach Diecker (Molly), Austin Price, Aspen Price and Nick Arbogast. He is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
