He is survived by: his wife Laurie Sutton Dunivan; his son Jerry Dunivan (Rebekah) of O'Fallon, Missouri; his granddaughter Chloe Marie Dunivan; his sister Faye Dunivan Rice (Richard) of Kennett; and his sister-in-law Ruth Dunivan of Jackson, MO..
