We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 77, Jo-Anne Parker of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jo-Anne Parker to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Lipscomb and Anna Lipscomb (Grydinova); and her brother William Lipscomb. She is survived by : her husband Larry; her daughter Dawn Hicks (Steve); her grandchildren, Savannah of Poplar Bluff, MO and Parker Hicks of Poplar Bluff, MO; her brother-in-law John Parker of Hot Springs, AR; and her aunt Marsha Daniel of Mountain Home, AR.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
