He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Jackson Lonon. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Grant Lonon; his stepson Cortez E. McDonald of Paynesville, MO; his sister Laura Grant Berkstiener of Savannah, GA; his friend Jonathan McClellan of Atlanta, GA; his wife Carrie Scott Lonon; his uncle Willie; and his aunt Evelyn Grant. He is also survived by many childhood friends including the Lutens, Halls, Martins, Beauchamps, and others.
