It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Lorene Whitener (Poplar Bluff, Missouri), who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles; her husband Warnie Whitener; her daughter Mary; her son-in-law Michael Lowry of Yukon, OK; and her siblings, Charles Thorn (Juanita), Loudean Osbourne (Lloyd), Paul Thorn, Mary Hudson (Oliver) and Jimmie Lee Thorn.
She is survived by: her son Karl; her daughter-in-law Debra Whitener of Poplar Bluff; and her grandchildren, Jamie Attwood, Christina Ehlinger, Jennifer Strickland (George), Michael Lowry and Matthew Lowry (Courtney). She is also survived by Seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
