It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Lee Whitson of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jackson and Mary Beatrice Whitson (Scott); and his siblings, Lloyd, Gilbert, Lynn Whitson, Jane McDonald, Renee Hoff and Diana Radig.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Whitson (Dial); his children, Matthew Whitson (Molly) of West Paducah, Faith Durden (William) of Poplar Bluff and Jason Whitson of Poplar Bluff; his grandchildren, Brendan, Sammy, Baylor, Max and Finley Jean; and his siblings, Stanley Whitson (Judy) of Foley, Danny Whitson (Brenda) of Pevely, Missouri and Judy Combs (John) of Robertsville, Alabama. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
