He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rush and Faye Allensworth; and his brother Jim Rush. He is survived by: his wife Angie; his children, Michelle Shelton (Dwayne) of Qulin, Austin Rush (Heather) of Poplar Bluff, Chrystal Sparks (Ryan), Stephanie Carson (Shannon) of Poplar Bluff, Jade Rush of Poplar Bluff and Samuel Kamden Whitaker; his brother Chad Rush (Dolly) of Poplar Bluff; and his grandchildren, Shea Shelton, Hayden Shelton, Aliya Tafoya, Alexander Rush, Addison Sparks and Kade Sparks.
