He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Engler and Betty Engler (Robinson); his grandmother Lovada Robinson; and his stepfather Norman Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Pat Engler (Collins); his daughters, April Loftis (Brian), Candi Swan (Doug) and Brandi Briscoe (Justin); his grandchildren, Andee (Ben), Mahali, Gracie, James (Kayleigh), Zenobia (Braden), Justin Jr. and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Coralynn, Elaina and Elijah; his sisters, Debbie Pierce (Steve) and Patty Oyola (Jose); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Paterson and Marsha Lovan (David); and his close friends, Dusty Powell and Bob Cape. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services (1100 Iron Bridge Rd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5200 Lucas and Hunt Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121). Prior to a severe case of COVID, he enjoyed riding along with the Poplar Bluff Police Department.
