She was predeceased by: her parents, Roma Buck Lewis and Gordon (Lewis); her sisters, Barbara Baker and Susie Lewis; her nephew Scott Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Arnold.
She is survived by: her sons, Tony Arnold and Bobby Arnold (Janice); her grandchildren, Ashley Cochran (Josh), Courtney Thrasher (Andy), Brandon Arnold (Samantha) and Whitney Bradley; and her brother Leon Lewis (Carla). She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
