He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Bill E. Davis and Donna Davis; his brother Paul Davis; his nephew Christian Brandes; and his parents-in-law, Elizabeth Hyde Nutter and James Robert Nutter.

He is survived by: his children, Carson James, Parker William and Wyndser Elizabeth; his wife Jeannette Nutter; his sisters, Debbie Hager (Steve), Becky Manhart (David) and Rachael Gaudreault (Keith); and his brother-in-law James R. Nutter II. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
