She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Wyman and May (Cardwell) Ramsey; husband: Vernon Mitchell Kneir; children: Pamela Sue (Brian) Sharp, Wayne Mitchell (deceased), and Barbara Ann (Scott) Hall; grandchildren: Naomi (Randy) Deaton, Stephanie (deceased) (Randy) Malone, Breanne (Jamie) Oakley, Andrew Hall, Luke (Emily) Hall, Haiden Hall (Nathan) Hoffman, and Vanessa Malone (Randy); great-grandchildren: Jaden, Kyler, and Landen Deaton, Ian (Kendyll) and Calin Malone, Annisyn and Asa Oakley, Hallie and Rosie Hall, and Charlotte, Lydia, Hattie, and Ruby Malone; great-great-granddaughter: Elaine Malone; siblings: Evelyn (Malcom), Nora (Clarence), Marilee (Phil), Audrey (Joe), Lena (Carl), Pauline, Clyde (Virginia), Wyman, and Glenn (Bernice); sister-in-law: Shirley Kneir; and many beloved nieces, nephews, spiritual children, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grace Christian Fellowship (3200 Warrior Ln, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
