She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Berry and May Berry; her spouse Jerry Wayne Ellsworth; her grandson Aaron Chapman; and her brothers, Wally Berry and Bill Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Ellsworth (Tamara Wileford) of Poplar Bluff, MO and Lori Chapman of Poplar Bluff, MO; her grandchildren, Andrew Ellsworth (Emily) and Emily Bles (Jonah); and her great grandchild Lucah.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the White-Sanders Funeral Home (717 1st St, Fisk, MO 63940).
