She is survived by: her spouse Cevis O. Smith; her sons, Douglas Frazier, Kurtis Kelly (Amanda), David Kelley (Jamie), Kenneth Smith (Jodi) and Heath Smith (Jessica); and her sister Valerie Kiefer (Dan).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home (701 Vine St, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the Kinsey Cemetery (1901 N Main St, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901).
