She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cassinger and Lou Cassinger (Butler); her husband PJ Britton; her daughter Lula Hines; and her son-in-law Thomas Pruitt.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hancock (Judy), Peggy Montgomery and Deborah Pruitt. She is also survived by five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
