He was predeceased by: his father Allen Perry (Nick'); his wife Martha Perry; his mother Fern Marie Perry; and his brother David Perry. He is survived by: his son John (Vickie Perry); his sister Twilla Hart; his daughter Terri (Jeff Galbraith); John. He is also survived by 3 grandsons and 4 great-grandchildren.
