He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jackson Livingston and Bessie Mae Acey Livingston; his wife Violet Livingston; his son James David Livingston; his grandson Christopher Wilson; and his brother Jackson Livingston.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas Wayne Livingston of Poplar Bluff and Lisa Violet Clark (Jeff) of Van Buren; and his grandchildren, Mandy Scott (Johnny), Lindsey Land (Caleb), Dustin Livingston (Mandy), Tiffani Burns (Josh), Destiny White (Levi) and Hunter Clark. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
