He was predeceased by: his wife Micki Speer. He is survived by: his parents, Glen Speer and Ruby Speer (Medley); his children, Aaron Woods and Beth Speer; his grandson William Russell; and his siblings, Steve Speer (Gwen) and Janet Lynn Speer (Jason Richmond). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
