He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Bagwell and Charity Heifer Bagwell; and his siblings, Vernon Bagwell, Edna Oliphant and Imogene Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Gay L. Worley (Allen), Tammy Everhart and Victor L. Bagwell Jr.; his grandchildren, Shane Cornman, Delania Waddell and Dylan Bagwell; and his sister Barbara James of Poplar Bluff. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
