He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Holrath and Helen Louise Holrath Bailey (Weisbrod); his wife Beverly Elaine McLean; his daughter Christine Vinson; and his sisters, Brenda Sprague and Linda Haynes.

He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Dollins (Gary) and Annessa Murdock (Chris); his son-in-law Kevin Vinson; and his grandchildren, Gregory, Caitlin Dollins, Caleb Vinson and Megan Murdock.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's honor are requested to either the Crossroads Church Cemetery or the Animal Welfare Alliance of Poplar Bluff.
