He was predeceased by : his father Willam Perry Strange Sr.; and his sister Susan Conrad. He is survived by : his mother Patsy Mae Rodgers (Jones); his children, Patricia Thornburgh (Ted) of Poplar Bluff, James Strange (Jenifer) of Poplar Bluff, William "Billy" Strange III (Rebecca) of Poplar Bluff and Robin Strange of Williamsville; his stepson John Francisco (Daina) of Poplar Bluff; his grandchildren, Ted Thornburgh Jr. (Larissa) of Arnold, Jordan Thornburgh (Brittany) of Ellsinore, Darian Strange of Poplar Bluff, Louci Strange Poplar Bluff, Cierra Francisco of Poplar Bluff, Cidney Francisco of Poplar Bluff, Kailyn Cammarata of St. Louis, Morgan Ward of St. Louis, Colton Ward (Jenna) of Barnhart, Rayann Strange of Poplar Bluff, Jessie Kelsoe of Piedmont and Robert Strange of Williamsville; and his siblings, John Strange of Williamsville, James Strange, Curtis Strange, Vickie Papparlardo and Yvonne Varhalla. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
