He is survived by: his cousin Michael Wayne Hartman; his children, Hannah Chamberlain of Portageville, MO and Joey Chamberlain (Danielle Morgan); his grandchildren, Kashe of Kennett, MO and Karter of Kennett, MO; his sister Shelley Hendrix of Sikeston, MO; and his niece Kelsi Jones of Cape Girardeau, MO. He is also survived by his many aunts uncles, cousins, and friends.
