She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Jones Via (John Via) and John Via; her sister Johnnie L. Via; and her cousin Betty Qualls. She is survived by: her close friends, Patty Johnson, Cindy Fields, Ruby Sykes, Kathy Estes, Vickie Chrysler, Debbie Simmons and Jimmy Alsup; and her cousin Raymond Bruton (Ruth Ann) of Point Pleasant. She is also survived by friends and a whole community of children.
