She is survived by: her son Zach Thurmond (Brittany Enloe) of Sullivan, Missouri; her granddaughter Arianna of Columbia, SC; and her siblings, Jerry Courtway (Mary) of Richwoods, Dennis Courtway of Sullivan, Ronnie Courtway of Sardis, Linda Bridgeman (Roy) of Sullivan, Missouri, Helen Smith (Bud) of Sullivan, Missouri and Carolyn Stroup (Woodrow) of Sullivan, Missouri. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
