It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Edward Phillips (Potosi, Missouri), who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, David C. Phillips and Eliza Phillips (Weatherford); his wife Edna Ray (Crismon); and his siblings, Vera Thompson, Cleo Phillips, Jim Phillips, Vona "Billie" Baker and Mildred Davis.

He is survived by : his daughter Carla Renee' (Chad); his grandchildren, Liberty Miller (Blake), Chason Smith and Chloe Smith; and his sister Vada Schafer (Phillips). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
