He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles W. Ayers, Sr. and Norma Watkins (Elaine Clapp); and his brother Robert. He is survived by : his children, Jeremy Ayres of St. Louis and Tanya Noble (Robbie) of Dexter; and his grandchildren, Shawn of Dexter, Haleigh of Dexter, Jaydon of Dexter and Autumn of Dexter.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (105 Clark St, Potosi, MO 63664). A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
