He is survived by: his children, Janet Franklin (Alan Dale) and Justin Medley (Kathy); his grandchildren, Kayla Weingartner (Adam), Matthew Franklin (Danielle), Lauren Knapp (Tyler), Colby Franklin and Kristin Rhodes (Michael); his great grandchildren, Tommy and Maggie Weingartner; his grandchildren, Gavin, Carter, Addison, Kinsley Franklin, Jordan, Hunter Knapp, Colson and Wyatt Rhodes; and his brother Kerry Summers (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
